2 CUPS PUREED SPINACH
1 CUP COOKED WHOLEWHEAT PASTA SHELLS
1 CUP ROUGHLY CUBED CHEDDAR OR ANY STRONG CHEESE
1 RED & 1 YELLOW PEPPER ROUGHLY CHOPPED
4 LIGHLY BOILED EGGS ROUGHLY CHOPPED (OPTIONAL)
2 CUPS ELEGANT WHITE SAUCE (MADE EITHER WITH MILK OR STOCK) RECIPE ON THIS SITE
1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED FINE
1 TABLESPOON CRUSHED GARLIC
1 TEASPOON CARDAMOM/NUTMEG POWDER
1 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER (LESS IF YOU DONT LIKE SPICY)
To assemble first fry the onion till it is translucent, then add the garlic. Add the cardamom nutmeg and chilli powder to this and remove from the fire.
Mix everything together in a baking dish and bake either in a conventional oven OR in a microwave with a browning facility.
