Cheese Pancake Batter
1/2 oz flour
1/2 tsp melted butter
1/2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp chopped parsley
1/2 beaten egg
a little milk
salt and pepper

Cheese Pancake Batter
1/2 oz flour

Make a pancake batter with the ingredients. Fry very thin pancakes in the usual way and rinse them in hot water. Cut them into short strips about 1/2 inch wide and serve
them in the hot consomme'.
