1 BUNCH CORIANDER LEAVES, WASHED & ROUGHLY CHOPPED
1 BUNCH MINT LEAVES WASHED AND ROUGHLY CHOPPED
1 BIG TOMATO CUBED
1 BIG ONION CUBED.
1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
1 HEAPED TEASPOON CUMIN POWDER
1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER
1 TABLESPOON CLARIFIED BUTTER / 1 TABLESPOON OLIVE OIL
TAKE THE CORIANDER, MINT, TOMATO AND ONION AND PUREE THEM TOGEHTER.
PUT THE FAT OF YOUR CHOICE IN A NON-STICK PAN AND HEAT. ADD THE CHICKEN PCS AND LIGHTLY FRY. COVER AND COOK FOR FIVE MINUTES. ADD THE POWDERED MASALAS TO THE PUREE AND ADD TO THE CHICKEN. ADD A 1/2 CUP OF WATER TO THE MIXIE AND ADD THAT TO THE CHICKEN TOO. COVER AN COOK TILL DONE.
THIS DISH WILL BE READY IN HALF AN HOUR. SOMETHING NUTRITIOUS, HEALTHY
AND QUICK FOR A FAMILY OF FOUR. sERVE WITH CHAPPATIS.
