NUTRITIOUS CHAPPATIS
THIS WILL REQUIRE A LITTLE BIT OF EFFORT TO ESTABLISH AS A ROUTINE BUT THE IMPROVEMENT IN YOUR OVERALL HEALTH BECAUSE OF ADDING FIBRE TO ORDINARY WHEAT CHAPPATIS ...........WILL DEFIINITELY BE WELL WORTH IT.
250 GMS OF BAJRA / JOWAR / SOYA BEAN / RAGI FLOUR MIXED TOGETHER
AND STORED IN A TUPPERWARE CONTAINER.
WHOLEWHEAT FLOUR AS REQUIRED.
1 TABLESPOON OF CLARIFIED BUTTER ADDED TO THE WATER FOR MIXING
SALT
TAKE THE WHOLEWHEAT FLOUR IN A FLAT DISH AND ADD A HANDFUL OF THE MIXED FLOURS. ADD THE SALT AND MIX. POUR ENOUGH WATER TO MAKE A CHAPPATI DOUGH.........THAT IS REASONABLY FIRM. KNEAD THE DOUGH TO MAKE
IT LIGHT AND SHAPE INTO BALLS. (THE COLOUR OF THE DOUGH WILL BE DARKER , BUT THAT'S TO BE EXPECTED).
ROAST THE CHAPPATIS ON A HOT GRIDDLE AND SERVE.
