1/2 KG MUTTON WASHED AND CUBED 
50 GMS POPPY SEEDS / 1 SMALL POD GARLIC
2 GREEN CHILLIES / 1 TSP GARAM MASALA POWDER /SALT



ROAST THE POPPY SEEDS IN A MICROWAVE  (ABT 1/2 A MIN)
AND GRIND EVERYTHING TOGETHER IN A MIXIE. SHAPE INTO SMALL KOFTAS (balls).
WHEN THE CURRY HAS REACHED BOILING POINT DROP IN ONE KOFTA AT A TIME. COVER AND COOK FOR 10/15 MIN.

YOU MAY SUBSTITUTE WITH ANY OTHER MEAT OF YOUR CHOICE LIKE CHICKEN, PORK, ETC BUT IT TASTES BEST WITH MUTTON.
