1 chicken cut into legs, thighs, breasts into two pcs etc
boneless chicken cut into 2 inch size pieces
Make a marinade out of ginger-garlic-red chillies- cumin seeds-one small raw papaya-2 tablespoons vinegar- 2 tablespoons worcestshire sauce- a little oil, salt & pepper. Score the chicken pieces with a knife and apply the marinade and keep for a few hours.
Coat the chicken pieces in a mixture of crushed cornflakes and bread crumbs, wrap in beaten egg , again crumb and deep fry.
BONELESS PIECES WORK BEST IF YOU WISH TO SERVE TO GUEST AS THEY WILL BE COOKED THROUGH BEING SMALLER. WITH BIGGER AND CHICKEN ON THE BONE PIECES THERE IS A POSSIBILITY OF THE PIECES NOT BEING FULLY COOKED. IT IS IMPORTANT TO KEEP THE FLAME LOW SO THAT THEY DO NOT BURN ON THE OUTSIDE TOO.
