MUTTON KEBABS (TO BE SERVED WITH DHANSAK)
300 GMS MUTTON MINCE
1 BIG POTATO BOILED AND MASHED
1/2 TEASPOON GINGER/GARLIC PASTE
1 TABLESPOON CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES
3/4 GREEN CHILLIES FINELY CHOPPED
A PINCH OF TURMERIC AND PEPPER
SALT
2 EGGS
Mix all of the above and with wet hands shape into little balls. Roll in wholewheat flour and fry.
