5 SMALL MEALS FOR WEIGHT MANAGEMENT

Everybody has a theory for weight management and truly different things work for different people. For those who have a slight weight problem there is a solution, for those who have a weighty problem for them there is a solution too.
Weight per se can be managed in very very simple ways. I am giving solutions based on a layman's perspective and I am no doctor or anywhere close to one.

1) Eat small meals........most of the time weight is acquired when meals are erratic and there is a quantifiable difference in the amounts consumed. That means if
you eat one large meal and your next meal is small... the body starts storing the calories and does not release them as energy. Therefore if you eat a eat a small meal and then substantiate it with fruits after 2 hours the body gets the message that more is on the way. Similarly if the gap between lunch and dinner is also reduced with a healthy snack ....you are in control.

2) Take the time to chew your food slowly......you will feel full before your meal is over.
3) Introduce high fibre foods into your diet......they help you feel full for a longer time.
4) A VERY IMPORTANT FACTOR IN THIS DAY AND AGE.......EAT HEALTHY !!!!!

IT IS OH SO EASY TO EAT OUT, TO EAT THE TASTY FOOD ONLY, TO EAT ONLY WHITE COLOURED FOODS . WHITE COLOURED FOODS HAVE VERY LITTLE OR NO NUTRITIONAL VALUE. THEY ARE EMPTY CALORIES AT BEST. MOST OF THE FOODS THAT ARE VERY IMP FOR YOUR HEALTH ARE THE ONES THAT ARE BURSTING WITH RICH COLOURS. GOD HAS TRIED TO LURE US TO THESE FOODS BY GIVING THEM THE MOST AWESOMELY RICH COLOURS. I PERSONALLY SALIVATE WHEN I SEE THESE BEAUTIFULLY COLOURED VEGETABLES AND I SIMPLY GIVE IN TO MY CRAVINGS TO EAT THEM. I WILL THEN FIND A RECIPE THAT WILL ALLOW ME TO ENJOY THEM.

5 . Drink lots of water.......not fruit juices, colas, etc etc etc. Nothing and no liquid comes close to the real thing. So go for it.
