STRAWBERRY COMPOTE
FRESHLY MADE FOR SUNDAY BREAKFAST
2 TABLESPOONS MELTED JAGGERY
JUICE OF 2 ORANGES
THE RIND OF AN ORANGE JULIENNED
2 CLOVES
APPROX 250 GMS OF STRAWBERRIES

APPROX 250 GMS OF STRAWBERRIES
Put the orange juice , jaggery, orange peel into a pan and allow to boil. Add the cloves and quartered strawberries and cook for a few minutes. Pour into a glass serving dish and serve with freshly toasted bread and home-made paneer.
If you use whole wheat homemade bread it would be a meal fit for a king in all its simplicity.
