CHEESE AND CHICKEN SAVOURIES

1/2 KG BOILED AND MASHED POTATOES
1/2 A CHICKEN BREAST CHOPPED INTO SLIVERS & STIR FRIED
A SMALL QUANTITY WHITE SAUCE
1/2 CUP CHEDDAR CHEESE

To the mashed potato add salt and pepper to flavour. Add the white sauce. Stuff a small portion of cheese and chicken and shape into tiny balls. Dip in beaten egg and deep fry. This makes a very interesting finger food to be had with drinks.
