QUICK WHITE FISH CURRY

1/2 KG SALMON (MARINATED IN GARLIC,CUMIN,CHILLI PASTE)
3 ONIONS CHOPPED FINE
1 TEASPOON CUMIN GARLIC CHILLI PASTE
3 TOMATOES CHOPPED
1 TABLESPOON RICE FLOUR
1 TABLESPOON GRAM FLOUR
1 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER
A FEW CURRY LEAVES
1 STICK CINNAMON AND SOME CLOVES
OIL / SALT / MILK FROM HALF A COCONUT
JUICE FROM 2 LIMES

Fry the onions with the curry leaves , cinnamon and cloves till translucent. The teaspoon of garlic paste should be sauted next. Add the flours and fry for a few minutes more. The tomatoes go in next along with the red chilli powder. Add the coconut milk and allow to simmer. Add the pieces of fish and boil through once. Add the lime juice and serve with plain boiled rice. Truly a delicious dish.
