550 gms cream cheese
200 gms sugar 
100 gms chocolate 
2 eggs + 1 egg yolk 
2 tablespoons milk
4 tsps plain flour
pinch of salt

150 gms plain flour
175 gms butter
50 gms sugar
1 egg yolk

Beat all the ingredients for the crust with a mixer and keep to chill for about an hour.
Take a big glass bowl and place the cheese in it. Beat gently until smooth. Gradually add the remaining ingredients one by one until light and fluffy.
Press the chilled dough in a flat dish along the base and sides  and pour in the beaten cream cheese mixture on top. 
Bake in an first on higher heat for 10/15 mintues and then on low heat till done.
Allow it to cool in the tin and then chill. Remove it from the tin when you wish to serve it.
