B/FAST - ORANGE AND BANANA SMOOTHIE


for maximum benefits always use fresh fruits

3 oranges skinned and deseeded
1 tablespoon honey
1/2 tub plain yogurt
2 ripe bananas
1 cup milk

Puree the orange segments with the honey for a minute add the bananas and run for another minute. Add the yogurt and milk and run for another minute. Pour and serve.
