75 GMS QUAKER OR ANY OTHER OATS
50 GMS WALNUTS ROUGHLY BROKEN
BEAT THE FAT AND SUGAR TILL LIGHT AND FLUFFY. ADD THE EGG AND THEN THE OTHER INGREDIENTS. DROP SPOONSFULS OF THE MIXTURE ONTO A GREASED BAKING TRAY AND BAKE AT GAS MARK 5 OR 190 c FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES .
