CHICKEN 'N' FENUGREEK
MARGHI MA METHI

A truly tasty dish......you'll never realise you are eating fenugreek. A meal to make you feel good about your diet.

small cubes of chicken breast .....follow my CHICKEN KABABS IN SEMI DRY GRAVY  recipe for the marination.This may be kept ready in the freezer to use on the day required.

3 onions finely sliced and fried
3 tomatoes chopped fine or pureed
1 tablespoon garlic/cumin/green chilli paste
2 large bunches of fenugreek chopped fine

After frying the onions add the garlic paste and after five minutes the tomatoes and after another five minutes the chopped fenugreek. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cover and cook for about 10/15 minutes.
Your dinner is now ready. Serve with rotis.
