MARGHI NO RAS MA GILORU

2 ONIONS SLICED FINE
1/2 TSP GINGER/GARLIC
1/2 TSP GARLIC/CUMIN/GREEN CHILLI PASTE
1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
1/2 TSP DHANNAJEERU
1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
1/2 TSP CUMIN POWDER
1 KG GILORU SLICED 

Fry onion till a light golden, add the ginger/garlic and garlic/cumin paste and saute till the aromas are released. Add the powder spices one at a time and add the vegetable to cook. 

Serve mixed with a light chicken gravy as given on my blog. Can be eaten plain as a side dish to a cooked pulse.
