PRAWNS GRILLED IN GARLIC BUTTER

1/2 kg shelled prawns
50 gms butter. at room temperature(olive oil is a healthier option)
3 large cloves garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2  teaspoon dried oregano
salt/pepper
a little chopped parsley to garnish.

Layer the prawns in a dish or baking tray. Mix in all the other ingredients. If using butter microwave for a minute and add to the prawns. Grill for 5/10 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley.
