SANDWICH - EGG SALAD
1 cup cabbage finely chopped
2 spring onions finely chopped
4 eggs boiled and sliced
2 flakes garlic crushed and chopped
a little pepper to taste
enough mayo to make a dressing.
Add all the ingredients in a bowl. Stir lightly to mix. If you use wholewheat bread it makes a healthier option......otherwise use regular bread slices. Toast , pile on ......and serve rightaway.
