B/FAST - CARROT GINGER ENERGISER

2 carrots grated
2 tomatoes chopped
2" piece fresh ginger grated
a few icecubes
1 cup water
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Firstly put the carrots, tomatoes, lemon juice and water and process. Next ass the ginger, parsley and ice cubes and continue processing until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
