EASY-TO-SWALLOW ADVICE

SUPPLEMENTS - whether vitamins, herbs, minerals or micro-nutrients may help you make up for what may be missing in your diet and for any special needs that may be caused by individual quirks of your bi0-chemistry. Your overall health, your age, your genetic make-up and your life-style may influence these factors.....but KEEP IN MIND :

*** There are no magic bullets....good as they may be....supplements can only be
JUST SUPPLEMENTS. When it comes to strengthening your immune system,
they are never a replacement for a healthy diet, exercise, stress-reducing
routines and good sleep habits.
*** A doctor with an interest in nutrition or a qualified nutritionist should be
consulted.
Avoid advice from unqualified people..........especially if they recommend
large doese of supplements. If taken in excess....SOME SUPPLEMENTS DO
MORE HARM THAN GOOD.
*** It does not pay to take pills you don't need. If you do not see any
improvement after a month or two of taking supplements ....or if your
symptoms have worsened........consult your doctor before continuing to
use it.
