BACON WRAPPED LAMB PATTIES

3/4 kg lamb mince
1 tbsp grated lemon rind
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
a crushed bay leaf
pinch of dried rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
a few rashers streaky bacon

Mix all the ingredients into the lamb mince except the bacon. Shape into patties and warp a bacon rasher around it. Secure the ends wih a toothpick. Place the patties in a grill pan and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until done.
