PROFOUNDLY LIFE CHANGING HABITS

There are 2/3 profoundly life changing  habits I am going to talk about which will release the hidden energy levels of your body and help you get trimmer. They are so simple that you might ask - is that all ? And my answer will be that since everything starts with a right thought and belief you have to first believe that it is possible for you. Your mind will then set out to prove that yes - this is truly the right way.

* *  Focus on your breathing - i.e. teach yourself to breathe deeply. 
       TO EXPLAIN WHY - when you exercise what you are actually doing is raising your
        metabolic level  which in simple words means  breathing deeper i.e. making your
        heart work faster. When your heart pumps faster - more oxygen is sent to all
         parts of your body. 
        IT IS IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT OXYGEN DEPRIVATION IS THE CAUSE
        OF  MOST ILLNESSES IN YOUR BODY.
        So be consciously aware of your breathing throughtout the day. In the beginning
         you will  have to focus on it till it comes to you naturally.


* *   Chew every bit of food 30 times before swallowing
         Digestion , for everybody, starts with the mouth and when we skip that process
         a tremendous stress is placed on your digestive system. Are you aware that
         digestion can sap you of your normal energy and vital energy. Many times by 
         simply correcting our chewing habits we can open our energy floodgates by 
         freeing up energy that was already there in the first place.
         
* *     Hydrate every hour
          Many of us are not aware of how much water we actually require. Often we 
          end up snacking  on food when all we actually need is good old water.  If you
          simply focus on first hydrating  yourself - and that is not to say it must be a 
          full glass, just as much as will satisfy you, is enough. After that if you are
         still hungry then by all means eat something.  
         Adding a wee pinch of sea salt to every litre of water you drink helps you
         replace electrolytes.
