BANANA RAITA


With summer just round the corner adding a wee bit of cooling foods to our diet goes a long way in getting our bodies to adjust to the coming heat.


2 ripe bananas sliced
2 cups beaten curd
1 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped
2 green chillies finely chopped
1 tsp sugar, salt and chilli powder to taste.


Mix together all of the above, cool and serve.
