BANANA & ORANGE BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

Make this refreshing drink and get Vitamin C from the oranges and Vitamin B6 from the bananas. Try to use freshly squeezed orange juice whenever possible.

1/2 cup orange juice
1 banana, sliced 
1 tablespoon honey or 2 tsp brown sugar
a few drops of almond extract
a few icecubes

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth and thick. Serve.
