SINDHI HARA MURGH - SINDHI GREEN CHICKEN

SINDHI HARA MURGH


1 kg chicken, jointed
3 tbsp oil
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
3 tomatoes, grated


grind to a paste
1 cup chopped coriander
1 tsp chopped ginger
12 cloves garlic
6 green chillies


Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ground paste for 5 minutes, stirring continuously. add the powder spices, salt and tomatoes and fry till the oil floats on top. Add the chicken and fry for about 5 minutes. Stir in 3 cups of water and cover the pan and cook till the chicken is done. 
Serve with plain boiled rice.
