Anti-inflammatory foods help protect your body from arthritis etc. These foods are   : nuts like walnuts, hazelnuts and almonds.Blueberries and strawberries, fish caught from the wild, tuna, salmon mackerel. Greens like spinach, collard and kale.Green, black and white teas. Chilli peppers and papaya. Shiitake mushrooms and sweet potatoes. Turmeric, garlic and ginger. Avocados. Cruciferous veges like broccoli, bokchoy and cabbage and cold pressed oils like olive, flax seeds and avocado.
