CAULIFLOWER STEW (PARSI STYLE)
1 SMALL CAULIFLOWER CUT (SOAK IN SALT WATER TO KILL WORMS)
2 CARROTS / 2 POTATOES / 1 CUP PEAS
2 BIG ONIONS CHOPPED FINE
GINGER/GARLIC/GREEN CHILLI PASTE
1/2 TEASPOON GARAM MASALA / 1 BAY LEAF

FRY THE ONIONS. ADD THE GARLIC PASTE , 1/2 TSP TURMERIC, 1 TSP CUMIN,
2 SMALL BAY LEAVES, 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER, 1/2 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER . (ALWAYS ADD THE MASALAS ONE AT A TIME SO THAT THEY CAN BE TASTED INDIVIDUALLY).
ADD THE CHOPPED VEGES AND SALT AND STIR FRY FOR 10 MIN ON A LOW FLAME. ADD A LITTLE WATER AND COVER AND COOK TILL ALMOST DONE.
ADD THE GARAM MASALA POWDER AND FINISH OFF.

FOR A TASTIER VERSION ADD CHICKEN OR MAYBE COOK IN CHICKEN STOCK
INSTEAD OF WATER.
