1 WHOLE CHICKEN CUT INTO BIG PIECES
1/2 TABLESPOON GINGER-GARLIC PASTE
1/2 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER
1/4 TEASPOON EACH PEPPER, CUMIN & GARAM MASALA POWDERS
1 TUB CURD - HUNG TO REMOVE EXCESS WATER
1 TABLESPOON FRESH CREAM
Score the chicken pieces and marinate in the above. Grease a baking dish with oil and spread out the chicken pieces. Pour in all the marinade. Bake or grill in an oven till done. A very simple but very tasty dish. Serve with baked
potatoes and chappatis or crusty bread.
