VEG - CAULIFLOWER (MY AUNT'S RECIPE .....SHE'S 90 PLUS NOW)
1 CAULIFLOWER - CUT & DROP IN BOILING SALTED WATER FOR A MINUTE
2 CARROTS CUBED
1 CUP SHELLED PEAS
2 POTATOES CUBED SMALL
2 LARGE ONIONS CHOPPED
1 TEASPOON GINGER/GARLIC PASTE
1 TEASPOON GARLIC/CUMIN/GREEN CHILLI PASTE
1/2 TEASPOON TURMERIC
1 TEASPOON CORIANDER POWDER
1 BAY LEAF
1 TEASPOON CUMIN SEEDS
1 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER
1/4 TEASPOON GARAM MASALA POWDER
Fry the onions with the bay leaf and add the ginger/garlic and garlic/cumin paste.
Add the other powder masalas except garam masala and then add the vegetables.
When half done add the garam masala powder and cover and cook till done.
