GARLICKY PITA WEDGES

4 WHITE PITA BREAD
50 GMS MELTED BUTTER
3 GARLIC CLOVES CRUSHED
2 TABLESPOONS CHOPPED FRESH BASIL
1/3 CUPGRATED PARMESAN CHEESE

Split the pita bread in half then cut each half  into 4 wedges. 
Add the crushed garlic and the chopped basil to the melted butter and apply on each piece of pita bread. Next sprinkle the grated cheese and bake in an oven for 10 minutes by which time they will have become crisp.
