2 1/2 KG LEMONS / 1 1/4 KG SUGAR
500 GMS SALT / 1 TABLESPOON AJWAIN
25 GMS BLACK SALT
1 TABLESPOON GARAM MASALA
Wash and wipe the lemons to dry them. Slit into 4 pieces . If you wish keep the base intact. Mix together all the ingredients and store in a bottle. Keep in the sun for 10 to 15 days . Bring the jar in in the evening and shake it well.
