MUTTON - GREEN DRY CURRY

1/2 kg mutton cut into pcs
2 onions
1 tomato, chopped fine
1 bunch coriander leaves
10 green chillies
1 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger/garlic paste
1/2 tsp chilli powder
handful almonds
salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil
juice of 1/2 lemon

Grind the almonds, poppy seeds, coriander leaves, green chillies and one onion. Chop the other onion fine and fry till brown.Add the ground paste and mutton and keep frying till the oil begins to separate. Add salt and garam masala. Fry some more, add a little water and cook till done and a very thick gravy remains. Remove from the heat and add the lime juice.
