POTATO BHAJIYAS

For my readers, let me explain, these are the most delicious batter fried , finely sliced potatoes. They make a heavenly snack on a cold rainy day, and the icing on the cake, the batter is SO EASY TO MAKE.. 

2 cups Bengal Gram Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
a pinch of  salt, red chilli powder
finely chopped green chilli
1 tablespoon finely chopped coriander
enough water to make a stiff batter
2 or 3 potatoes sliced finely (as thin as for wafers)
enough oil for frying

Take the first 6 ingredients and make a batter. Beat well to make it light. Dip each potato slice lightly and fry. Serve with kechup.
