SPICED SWEET POTATO SOUP
750 GMS SW POTATOES PEELED AND DICED
2 CUPS CHICKEN STOCK
1 TEASPOON GROUND CORIANDER
1/2 TEASPOON SUGAR
1/2 TEASPOON CHILLI POWDER
2 TABLESPOONS LIME JUICE
SALT
Put all the ingredients (except the lime juice) in a large saucepan and cover. Allow to simmer for about 20 minutes. Cool and puree. Reheat, stir in the limejuice and serve.
