SWEET POTATO
An outstanding source of beta-carotene, orange fleshed sweet potatoes also have some Vitamin B and C and dietary fibre.
Sweet potatoes have a scrumptious flavour and lush texture and they have gram for gram about the same level of kilojoules as white potatoes.
