VARM PATETES SALAT (HOT POTATO SALAD)


12 medium potatoes (boil & mash)
4 egg yolks (well beaten)
1/4 cup cream
4 tsp cider vinegar
1 betroot (boiled and sliced)
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp black pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion 
1/4 cup chopped parsley


Mix together hot potatoes, eggs, cream and vinegar. Stir in the spices and parsley and onion. Garnish with betroot slices. Serve hot.
