HOMEMADE MUSTARD SPREAD
Homemade mustard spread for sandwiches
Large mustard seeds soaked in vinegar (1/2 day)
extra virgin olive oil
salt / pepper / sugar
apple cider / malt vinegar
Pulse it all together in a mixie ... keep adding vinegar and olive oil to get a homogenous paste. Store in a clean dry container. Keep refrigerated and use when required. Keeps long if you keep the surface clean. Tastes terrific.
